| A. | Purchase and installation costs can vary widely from home to home - but in this day and age of high fuel prices, the real focus of alternative heating is the amazing savings you can experience. We will not only show you the exact cost of a wood, gas, coal or pellet system, but we will help you guage the actual savings you can expect before you buy. |
| Q. | Do you service what you sell? |
| A. | Yes, we provide complete service for any product that we sell or install. We are also frequently called on to service istallations that have been done by other companies. |
| Q. | How often do we need to have our chimney swept? |
| A. | The frequency of service depends on the type of appliance used and its age and efficiency. At a minimum, yearly service is highly recommended. |
| Q. | How can we know if our chimney - heating system is safe? |
| A. | Our certified technicians are fully trained and can evaluate your system. We can use our high resolution auto focus robotic chimney scan camera to pinpoint specific problems. We can then provide photo images for you, your insurance agent or realtor. |
| Q. | If our stove, fireplace or chimney does have a problem can you correct it? |
| A. | With more than 30 years experience in alternative heating systems, we can provide full service for your system from minor repairs to complete replacement. |
